We have been raising a variety of breeds of chickens for 20 years, including bantams, egg layers, and exotics. Some breeds we own include Black Australorps, Rhode Island Reds, Japanese Bantams, Mille De Fleur D'uccles, and Silver Duckwing Phoenixes. We also raise Black Swedish Ducks and American Buff Geese. Some years we raise heritage turkeys.

Black Swedish Ducks

We began raising Black Swedish ducks several years ago. They are lovely birds and are a joy to own. Our Black Swedish ducks are friendly and docile and are one of our favorite animals on the farm. Each spring, we set some duck eggs in the incubator and hatch ducklings. Occasionally, we have ducklings or adult ducks for sale. We also have hatching eggs at certain times of the year. If you are wondering about their availability, please contact us.

Exotic Chickens

We have many breeds of exotic chickens on our farm, including Red Crested Red Polishes, Silver Duckwing Phoenixes, Mille De Fleur D'uccles, and Japanese Bantams. Like all of our chickens, our exotics free range year round. The exotics especially love wide open spaces and tend to venture out farther than the rest of the flock. In the future, some more exotic breeds may be hatched and will be available for sale. If interested, contact us.

Egg Production Chickens

Of the many chickens we own, the vast majority of them are egg production chickens. Some of the egg laying breeds we own are as follows: Rhode Island Reds, Black Australorps, New Hampshire Reds, Speckled Sussex, Brown Leghorns, and many more. We also sell farm fresh eggs.

Buff American Geese

We have a small flock of Buff American Geese. Our geese are not aggressive and are friendly and personable. They are excellent "watch dogs" and alert to any strange doings on the farm. Hatching eggs are available in the spring and occasionally we have goslings or teenage geese for sale. Don't hesitate to inquire if you are interested in adding these remarkable birds to your flock.
